A journey towards awareness

Feelings, emotions, strange behaviours sometimes don't look like self-made decisions but they come across as being out of control.
They could be orders or commands from our family system.

Until recently we didn't know where they came from, but today there is a new method that wants to bring light and clarity on the unconscious family dynamics: the Creative Family Constellations.

Bert Hellinger, a famous psychotherapist, used this method for the first time to know and unblock the family entanglements .With this method technique we become aware of the fact we are not just single people, but we belong to a complex family system.

The person wishing to explore the hidden dynamics in his or her family choses people from the group in a random way, in order to represent family members, and places them in the middle of the room in a mutual (spatial) relationship.
For some mysterious reasons beyond our comprehension, after they have been placed in the constellation, the representatives experience in their bodies feelings that often reflect in some way the feeelings of the person they represent.
Although we do not understand this strange phenomenon, it helps us to uncover hidden dynamics in families and to guide a troubled family to a good and healing order.

Newcomers to this method are often surprised by the natural simplicity with which tears and love flow in the constellation, as a representative gives some convincing experiential.
This shows that we are all connected to one another in unexpected ways.
It's not a matter of belief, but one of taking the representative's felt experience seriously.

The work in the Constellations has two phases.
In the first, the client and the therapist use the representatives' reactions to bring to light the hidden dynamics operating in the family system.
In the second phase, they look for the healing words and the ritual movements that "re-member" the forgotten and excluded family members, thus dissolving hidden identifications and transforming destructive loyalties.
Therapists move the representatives within the constellation, allowing them to compare the effect of the different positions, and offering them some experimental sentences.
A careful observation of the effect of the sentences and the movements is essential.
Accurately formulated sentences name the hidden dynamics that cause terrible suffering, especially to children, and they also point the way to healing.
As it will become clear in the transcripts, when love and spontaneous connection between extranged persons occour, we know we are moving in the right direction.
Some of those sentence, especially in the written form, sound harsh, in particular those describing destructive dynamics. Only by setting aside any moral judgement is it possible to define what damages love in order for love to heal.

The key of this work is: to see, to recognize and to accept.
We have to accept ourselves, life, our family and existence itself.
This method doesn't want to change, improve or repair anything nor is it a therapy, but it helps people to bring some very important dynamics to light.
By simply doing this we can wake-up our inner awareness.

Today he is a business consultant specializing in resolving interpersonal conflicts, he acts as a coach for businessmen and athletes and also gives international seminars related to the awareness of the family systems with the Family Constellations ( Bert Hellinger's method) and the influence of the genealogical tree in the new generations.
In the health care field he practices as a massage physioterapist, naturopath counselor and gestalt counselor.
